Villa Vita is located in a historical, lower parts of Krupówki. From here, it is very close to Kościeliska street, which is called a marketplace of Zakopane. Walking through this historic and, at the same time, the oldest street of the town is like a return to the roots of the traditional highlander culture.

One can admire the original, wooden housing from the 19th century there, while in the Museum of Zakopane Style, located in Villa Koliba, there is a possibility of becoming acquainted with the phenomena of transforming the traditional, highlander architecture into Zakopane style by the Polish artist Stanisław Witkiewicz.

From Kościeliska street, it is worth turning into Kasprusie street. Situated there Atma Villa houses the Karol Szymanowski Museum which is a place of an outstanding atmosphere. The composer lived in Atma between the years of 1930 and 1935. He considered the place his one and only home. He composed many of his masterpieces here. The concerts in Atma are always considered very deep artistic experience by the music lovers.

At this point we come back to Krupówki street. 150 meters away from Villa Vita, in the upper part of the street, there is one of the oldest regional museums in Poland- the Tytus Chałubiński Tatra Museum. It originates from the year 1889. It houses a great collection of natural science and folk art, including beautiful range of glass paintings and many other exhibits from the region of Podhale.

Walking along the upper parts of Krupówki street and then turning right into Piłsudkiego street, after about 25 minutes you reach the Stanisła Marusarz Wielka Krokiew- the biggest and the most famous ski jumping hill in Poland, which is a regular venue in the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup. Wielka Krokiew is considered one of the most beautiful ski jumping venue in the world, thanks to its location and use of the natural values of the land.

For the fans of slightly longer, but not tiring tours, we suggest taking a trip by the railway to Gubałówka Mountain. 200 meters away from Villa Vita, there is a station of this cable and ground railway, taking the tourist up to the very top of Gubałówka Mountain. You have a chance of admiring a stunning view over the whole Zakopane, picturesque Tatra Mountains and Podhale there.

If you decide going skiing, it is worth remembering that about 75 meters from Villa Vita, there is a bus stop of microbuses taking tourists to famous ski lifts: Polana Szymoszkowa i Harenda and to the railway station of the Mount Kasprowy Wierch railway.

To ensure you have a convenient drive to get to our pension, we place a map of Zakopane which will make your travelling across the town easier.
